DBM - Demineralized Bone Matrix Crunch

DBM Crunch is a versatile allograft composed of particulate demineralized cortical bone fragments delivered in a pre-filled syringe. It combines the biological benefits of osteoinductive growth factors with the mechanical advantage of a particulate scaffold, offering excellent handling and site stability.

DBM Crunch preserves essential bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) while ensuring sterility (SAL 10⁻⁶), viral inactivation, and freedom from toxic chemical residues. The unique particulate structure provides large surface area contact, improving cellular attachment and accelerating bone healing.

Composition: 100% human cortical bone, demineralized and processed into particulate fragments.

Formulation: Crunch consistency — particulate granules suspended in a cohesive carrier.

Biological Properties:

  • Osteoconductive: Provides a granular scaffold that facilitates vascularization and bone cell migration.

  • Osteoinductive: Retains BMPs to stimulate differentiation of progenitor cells into osteoblasts.

  • Biocompatible & Absorbable: Remodels naturally into host bone.
