Cortical Cancellous Block

The Cortical Cancellous Block is a structural allograft combining the strength of cortical bone with the osteoconductive scaffold of cancellous bone. This dual structure ensures both mechanical stability and biological integration, making it ideal for complex reconstructions where strength and rapid bone remodeling are critical.

The graft is deep-cleaned, lipid-free, virus-inactivated, and sterilized at SAL 10⁻⁶, while preserving the bone’s natural collagen matrix and osteoinductive proteins.

Composition: Combination of cortical and cancellous bone.

Indications for Use

• Spinal Fusion Surgeries: Lumbar and cervical fusions requiring load-bearing grafts.

• Orthopedic Reconstructions: Filling large defects after trauma or tumor resections.

• Maxillofacial and Dental Surgery: Ridge augmentations, sinus lifts, and mandibular reconstructions.
